High waisted, hits right at the natural waist or just above. The waist size is based on accurate measurements and does not adhere to industry sizing, which often does not align with actual measurements. I recommend selecting your size based on your waist measurement for an optimal fit. The material offers a comfortable stretch throughout the rest of the short.
